About Player's BBQ
Family Tradition
Player’s BBQ is a family run business, bringing over 50 years of BBQ experience to the great state of SC.
The sauce originated with my dad and has been adapted from the coastal SC BBQ flavor. Some of my earliest memories are late nights around the cooker with my dad, brothers and friends slow smoking bbq for holidays. It became more than a hobby for me when I started cooking for my military unit and other units.
After 30 plus years in the military we are concentrating on our other passion, serving you slow cooked delicious BBQ. We bring our love of all things BBQ to you on wheels with our food truck, and we are a full service caterer as well.
Our catering menu offers a wide selection of meat, side and desert options, and may we recommend the Smack and Cheese, it is absolutely delicious.
